What an Upgrade!
Love love love the elegance of these lights! We replaced some very dated sconces in our bonus room with these and the room has totally transformed. We did need to unscrew and flip the light so that the bulbs did not stick out the top, as the instructions said, and it was a piece of cake. Installation was also easy peasy with the help of a quick YouTube video! We’re not big DIY folks and this project was extremely doable for us. Definitely recommend!

*Don't Make My Mistake - This is NOT Gold*
Picture is misleading, and I assumed this was a gold sconce. Don't make my same dumb mistake!! This a black hardware sconce. It is on me for not triple checking the description before buying... thankfully it still works with my decor. Otherwise fine sconce.

Lights up our life (and stairs)!
Great light, easy to install above or stairs to the loft area.I love the rectangular shape and shade. If I had another area for ine, I would buy a second!!

Substantial Size
I got this for my sister and she was amazed at how large this light fixture was. The shade has some serious real estate which allows for more shaded light. The shade also seemed to be very durable and well-made. Although she will now have to place it elsewhere due to it not having a pull string option, she found another place for it that is actually better than in the hallway. Her home is pretty old so this vintage fixture will still be true to the home. However, she now has an updated vintage fixture that can be placed in the upstairs attic bathroom that will provide a subtle modern flair.

Nice looking quality lamp (for the price)
Nice shade and as expected thin metal base. Works like a champ, not much to it of course. I’m happy with my purchase and the quality for the price. Major recommend.

Good size
You'll need to splice some wires to install as this doesn't just plug into an outlet. The size is good and it looks nice in the room. It's very light so that should help with the install. I'd get this again.

I wish I had read the other review, I thought it was brass colored
This was a disappointing purchase. It looks very cheap. It's a black semi-gloss finish. I may try spraying it with an antique brass, I might just send it back. The picture is wildly optimistic.

It didn't come with plug in cord it's simply made, not worth the price. I do like the square shade
Said can be plugged in. It does not. open wiring ..I'm not an electrician..nMade simply. Weighs nothing.. but I like the square shape
