Can't say it's helped - but it hasn't hurt!
I'm a GLP1 user - and thought this might provide some extra aide.I'm hitting a plateau - hopefully this will help break through without having to up my doses.I can't really tell if it's helping - but it's not hurting!

Berberine brands that include cinnamon are a lot more expensive but seemed to work better for me.
The other brands that I first tried seemed to work better. They were more expensive though. Its not that you get what you pay for, it is that you do not get anymore than what you pay for. The Force Factor berberine cost is 4X as much as this brand but they worked better for me.

Works for me
I wasn’t sure if this would work or not so I tracked my sugar and at the start I was 116 fasting and 329 after breakfast. After taking the berberine I am 116 fasting and 158 after breakfast. I still take my metformin daily but now I add the berberine. I guess at my next doctor’s appointment I’ll see what my A1C is.
