Easy to assemble once the trick on the compression fitting for the casters was solved, but slightly less sturdy than I expected

Got the 24x30 with caster wheels. Easy assembly, once I figured out how to attach the casters. The video showed the compression gasket being expanded by hand. Ain’t gonna happen! I had to use a pair of channel locks to turn the compression nut.1. Use the channel locks to turn the nut clockwise while tightly holding the rubber gasket. You’ll have to insert the casters, then remove them a couple of times and turn the nut some more until they make a tight fit.2. Put the top on the floor, upside down, and align the shelf on the top.3. Put the legs through the shelf and into the upside down top.4. Flip the unit over to sit on the casters.5. Use the set screws to affix the top to the legs.6. I just let the shelf rest on top of the casters. No need to use the set screws. If you want to raise the shelf note that the set screws DO NOT go into the legs. They just screw through the shelf and against the legs. I can see them working loose after a while.7. Remove the protective film. This will take longer than the rest of the assembly!

It shipped fine. Seems sturdy. Assembly would have been quick except the protective film on the top shelf. A real struggle to remove. Bottom shelf appears to be a different quality stainless. We’ll see how it holds up in the weather. Using to support a propane pizza oven

Damaged upon receipt. Easy for my husband to assemble. Strong. I would have given a perfect score if it had not been damaged. The box is very big for shipping so the seller should assume rough handling and compensate with a double box or even a better lighter padding.

What to get the Mr. for Father's Day or birthday? With this Stainless Steel rolling cart you won't go wrong! I cannot attest to how easily it goes together as we had our handyman do that for us, but it seemed to go together quickly with the wheels being the most challenging part, but nonetheless not a problem. Being out in the weather on our deck I worried about the top of the cart becoming yukky and losing its sheen; but so far, it looks like new. I just clean it with a damp rag from time to time (no need to dry it afterward) and it comes back looking as good as new! My spouse doesn't dread grilling out as much...the cart has made that process more convenient for him. Oh! And it has wheel locks in case you want it stationary. Gorgeous and useful!! I recommend it highly!
