Well Thought-Out & Sturdy Construction
I’m glad I did not pay too much attention to some of the negative reviews I saw. The type of wood used is dense and seems strong. Assembly required above Ikea skill level but hardly unreasonable. Methodical approach with careful attention to instructions yielded two chairs that my octogenarian in-laws love using in their back yard. They keep falling asleep in them they are that comfortably built with curved back and seat design.

Challenging assembly, good quality
Assembly difficulty took two stars away. It takes two (moderately crafty) people, socket wrench, and a drill for priming screw holes. Quality is very good. Wide seats and sturdy arms. I am choosing to leave them covered on my open deck.

These are solid chairs.
These look nice. They creak a bit until the screws settle in, but they look nice and are stable. Nice consistent color, too. I bought some stickers to cover the screw holes. I bought floor cushions for mine and bought cushion covers. We like how the overall look and function turned out.

This was a bad buy.
I ordered 4 chairs from Amazon Warehouse & was charged for 4 & received 3 chairs. The first box came on schedule & there were two chairs in the box as promised. The second set was late & came in a box from the manufacturer with a set of 2 chairs but only contained one chair but I was charged for a set of two. I had a disagreement with Amazon about why they shouldn’t charge me two when I only got one but eventually I got a credit for the missing chair. I definitely do not recommend buying Walker Edison chairs from the manufacturer or from the Warehouse because the quality is just not there. This was our 58th anniversary gift to each other & it was ruined by Walker Edison & Amazon.

Extremely satisfied
These are solid and exactly like the picture. Some assembly required. We’re so happy with this purchase!! Only thing is that I can’t find matching side tables to go with them..
