My light set did not come with a user manual.

I need something like this for my truck. Will it hold up at 65 to 70 mph?

It will hold. I have put it on my trailer and driven it 30 miles on the interstate at 75 mph. Hope this helps.

I just received 4 of these lights and I am wondering if I can get a wall plug in for them?

I would advise against keeping these powered constantly with a wall charger. As with phones and laptops with internal battery supplies this is not good for the batteries.
