Look wise ( front ) it’s same as the photo but at the back they have given a holder which is protruding out ( 3-4mm ) this it will never touch the wall and will not be balanced with just a Center hook .Will not recommend with the current design .

The name plate is exactly as shown in the image.It is light weight and gives a smart look to the main door
