My 9 year old sport-averse child is learning to play and they've loved using this ball. It appears quite durable but not as heavy-duty as an adult basketball--perfect for small hands but sturdy for adults to play with, too. Don't forget to buy a pump if you don't already have one, this ball arrives uninflated.

Seems to be a good standard ball but be aware that it comes flat so you will need a pump to inflate it.

Great resilient ball - our dauschund loves chasing around the garden. Despite some very rough treatment it is lasting well. He dribbles like Messi!

It was not inflated, which was very inconvenient. I haven't seen in the description that it will be sent like this.

A few rounds an it fell apart .

The ball came deflated, so make sure you have a pump with a football pump needle attachment. Once inflated, it’s a perfect size for 5/6 year olds who are just getting into basketball. It has a good bounce to it and it’s taken the punishment they’ve given it so far. Overall, it has been good value.
