ROKR 3D Wooden Puzzle Medieval Cannon Model Kits Building Set Gifts for Adults&Teens

I have wanted one of these for a while, but many of them seem a bit pricey, so I’ve avoided purchasing one. I was also concerned that I wouldn’t be able to figure it out and I’d just end up frustrated and throwing a childish tantrum (Yes, I admit it). But I was looking for a date-night idea for the hubs and myself and decided it was a good excuse to spend the money. I was pleasantly surprised with it. We both had a great time working together to figure it out, and it was the perfect level of difficulty for us both. It was definitely a challenge, but the pieces are well laid out, as are the instructions (for the most part 😉). I expected it to take us days to assemble, but we managed it in a couple of hours or so. I give it two thumbs up. 👍👍 Definitely recommend. Looking forward to trying another one in the future. (If you have tweens, teens, or older children, this would be ideal for a family game night activity.)

I have done about 5 of these puzzles and this one is not even worth buying. The material is cheep and breaks as you take it out or try to put together. The instructions are very vague and you have to really pay attention to several steps ahead to make sure you are getting it right. Be sure to have glue and tweezers as the parts are very small and hard to hold and put together. Usually this is a very fun past time but this one was very frustrating and even irritating to the point of not wanting to even finish it!! Don’t waste your money or time on this one. It only shoots the balls 1 out of 5 trys

I received this gift for Christmas and I'm just now getting to building it. Assembly is fairy straight forward and it's a beautiful piece. The gears move as intended and it looks nice on my shelf.What stood out to me immediately after assembly is just how much tension there is in the machine once it's loaded and armed. It's actually so strong it destroys itself. It broke the trigger piece down the center of the Ballista after two shots. The wax it comes with isn't particularly good either. it's too hard and it doesn't really stick to the gears well. It prefers to flake off of the parts instead of lubricate them, but it's not world ending.In the end, I recommend building it and leaving it as a show piece as using it even a small amount of times is detrimental to the piece itself.

Love it! The precision laser was throughout the project. I highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Assembly for a 10 year old required dads assistance. The build quality was incredibly surprising and included spare parts! My nephew was not impressed when he unwrapped it, but once he started building it, he absolutely loved this toy. He treasures the completed build, and was left wanting another one to do battle with! I highly recommend!

the tiny screws were very hard to install but it works well

Was a fun model to put together. I haven't done one in decades, so it was the right amount of challenge for me.It came when promised, packaged well, pretty good instructions. No complaints.
