Best back cracker online
A friend of mine recommended this product after hearing me needing something to stretch my back and dig into my upper back. I was shocked when she recommended this product because it seems way too simple and bulky. After trying it out for the first time I instantly understood why my friend advised me to purchase this. After working out, I lay on this back roller and it does the rest. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the amount of back pains I’ve experienced since buying this. I wish I would’ve purchased this years ago and the value for money is second to none. You’ve gotta try this!

First time foam roller
Just bought it based on recommendations from Chiropractor. Family has alot more cracking than I. But I do enjoy rolling on it and feeling as if it is decompressing some joints, Nice and solid, long so I can put arms on the sides when rolling on my back to help support and alleviate some pain,. Don't take my star ratings for pain and range of motion, as I am a combat vet with chronic daily pain. This may relieve some but its too hard for me to notice.

Works for all my rolling needs and PT. I don't mind the firmness, but if you have a sensitive back, I would go for something a little softer. I also use this for practicing floor pilates and to stretch out by chest/back.
