I ordered these and the pkg was damaged. The plants looked a little weak and I called customer service and no problem they sent another order. The plants were fine and much bigger than I thought they would be. A lot of buds getting ready to bloom and I can’t wait!

Plants arrived, opened the box and thereWas green mush all over everything from the dying leaves. The plantsthemselves were all green mush, no buds or flowers and basically just really disgusting. I couldn't even read the insert because it was covered in mush and all wet. Gross. Also the box smelled like there was someone smoking inside the box.I'm not even sure these plants can be planted they're just falling apart in my hands.I should say, I have ordered 8 other plants online this year from other companies and they all arrived healthy. I can tell these plants were not healthy when shipped.

I didn't want to go out and buy plants during the Pandemic. I wasn't sure how they would be packed or how they would do after they arrived. They were carefully packed. One of the plants was smaller than the other two and I wondered if it was going to make it. It perked up and is now they same size as the other two ---- they are healthy and blooming in three different colors. I am very happy with my purchase.

Update: I email them and they sent me a replacement. Plants look healthy and soil inside pot was soft and moist. They did good this time with packaging the plants. Thank you for your fast reply !Plants were very dried and out of their pots when I open the box I found a big mess. The flowers were all down no even water help them back up.The leaves are doing ok but one plant leaves are turning yellow. Trying my best for the plant to survive. It was suppose to be a gift. Very disappointed. Hope plants make it.

I love these plants. I had one in my work office that was beautiful and had grown so much. Covid kicked me out of my office, so I'm sure its passed on now just sitting in my window in the secured office building. I saw these and had to order.They are strong, healthy, good-sized and well-packed I was very impressed. All are starting to flower. A little water and these babies lost any droop they got in their commute. There was even an extra yellow Christmas Kalanchoe in the box!Go for it!

I ordered these plants on rhe internet because I am handicapped and at the present time I cannot drive to a garden center.The plants were packed well and were not damaged in shipping.The plants were smaller than was represented by the supplier,many of the leaves were turning yellow and some of the stems dropped from the plants.I am unhappy with this way of buying without seeing what I am buying.

The plants were in very bad shape when I received them! I’ve had to work with them to bring them back to life! They’re nice & healthy now but very small with no blooms on them yet! I don’t even know what color each one was!

Wow! I am so impressed with the cyclamen plants I received. Each plant is super healthy and full of blooms. One plant did come out of its pot during shipment, but only a few flowers were damaged and overall it's clear the seller carefully packed these plants! I have had a really hard time finding cyclamen so I'm so happy to have found this seller! Really great price and it was shipped very fast.
