This item works great, but has limitations. It “glues” stuff together, but works by curing with ultraviolet light (attached). This means the glue must be on the outside or edge of the item. If you want to glue 2 pieces of metal together, you can’t put glue in the middle and put them together on top of each other, the light won’t reach and the glue won’t harden. But, if you glue the edges and apply the light it will hold together. I just used it to glue a snap on my jacket that kept coming undone (on the side of the jacket), and it’s now impossible to separate.

My question is, how do you get the UV light on the glued areas after it's pressed together. There's no way you can shine the light on these areas because it's covered up. Aside from that the glue does not hold. This is just a scam. Your choice

I was a little skeptical when I bought this for $19.99. However, it worked really well on various items I tried. The best part is that curing is very quick. The only complaint I have is that the glue was very limited and there is no way to buy a refillable tube. So it seems a one-time job

Superior product compared to Bondic. Here is why. The UV light stays on-just one click and easy to move to the glue joint. This glue pen caused adhesion immediately on a small plastic part (held faster and better than Bondic)So Bondic has this fancy metal container for their product compared to Spectroseal which provides a cardboard box---hello why should you pay extra for a silly metal container. No value in that

Totally a rip off! Does not work! Would have left no stars if it would let me! I so want my money back! Amazon should be returns on anything cause they are letting people sell junk!!

Like the ultraviolet causing set up. Would prefer a more viscous product. Thinnesses limits applications. Clear enough when set up.

I ordered this because I had a ceramic figurine that I couldn't fix with super glue. This stuff is so easy to use and works great!

I tried gluing a plastic reindeer’s antler after it had broken apart - followed instructions - would not hold. Disappointed - could not recommend, sorry.

This product is a life saver! It helps to repair all my defective products and homewares. So easy to use and it sticks to everything - spectacles, chip plastics and glass. It’s easy to apply on smaller areas too with the well-designed tip. Would definitely turn to Spectroseal for all at home small repairs! Superb product! :)

hanged for more then an hour, the glue still in liquid form, no matter how close i put the UV light, not recommended to buy this , waste of money

Spectroseal UV glue pen works wonders. It is easy to use, and provides a strong bond while I was trying to fix two broken plastic pieces together. There is no white residues left behind and easy to carry around. Works better than a glue gun!
