Good Robotics for kids!
I bought this set as a donation to support a Girls In STEM project in Africa run by Patriots Ghana, and they really enjoyed the challenge, learning, and fun that goes with it! I highly recommend it for STEM or Robotics!

Decent Kit
I bought three of these, one for me to build with two Grandsons. Unfortunately, there's a lengthy process of cutting the pieces from the trees they're molded on and sorting them into ziplock bags. Bags and label stickers are provided with the kit, which is a nice touch. Given the number of parts and the similarity of some types, this is probably a worthwhile process because the parts are identified by molded labels on the trees; once separated from those, you'd need to be very careful to not use the wrong piece in some places. About 45 minutes into this procedure, they both lost interest and drifted off to other things.Quality of the molded parts appears to be very good, despite some comments I've seen to the contrary, but never actually got to the point of finishing the kit due to the co-builders losing interest.

Poor Quality
Way too difficult for the specified age range lol. Numerous very small and cheap parts that don’t fit together well. The main body assembly with the motor and gears doesn't work properly. Instructions are poor. Do not buy.

Not worth it
I bought it as a school assignment for my son. It’s very cheap but not really worth it . The pieces are very hard to match and the whole things falls apart way too often. Finally the solar sensor was damaged .

Good for older kids.
I got this for my 7 year old, who is very advanced. There are a LOT of pieces and small ones at that. Would be great for older kids.My 7 year old absolutely loves it! It’s easy to read instructions, so he’s able to sit and tinker by himself with minimal help.
