The media could not be loaded.  SUCH a CUTE teapot, I absolutely LOVE the vintage look & the color! Really nice size. I like the rubber texture of handle & knob on top of the lid. The rubber is really great quality making it so the handle/lid are heat resistant & can be handled without an oven mitt. However, it does include an oven mitt which is excellent quality & thick. Spout stays open so you don’t have to hold the button down. Button to put cap down is a little hard to use. Some reviews mentioned that the teapot doesn’t whistle but, it does whistle, it’s just a quiet whistle & you need to wait long enough for it to go off. Older teapots whistles louder but, many newer teapots have a more mild whistle. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. Great product, good condition, fast shipping! Let me address a couple of points in other's reviews. First, I love how the whistle starts very low and slowly gets louder. I wake up earlier than my wife in the morning. The initially quiet whistle allows me to know when the water is done boiling, but take it off the burner before it gets loud enough to wake up my wife. Second, some people have said that the black paint comes off or gets singed. I bought this tea kettle to replace another one that did exactly that. What I've learned is that you don't put it on the largest burner where the flame may lick up around the outside of the kettle. Keep it on a medium or smaller burner where the flame stays 100% underneath the kettle and the outside won't get burned or singed and it will remain looking great. Hence, I haven't had that problem this time. Like others, I love the hand mit that comes with it so you don't burn your hand when quickly taking it off the burner when it's done boiling.

My kettle burnt up on my stove. Its whistle did not work. pretty, but my kettle was defective. They asked me to send a picture. I will do it when I learn how to do that.I do not know how to send a picture. I threw the kettle out. Do not recommend this product.

Beautiful LOOKING kettle, that feels sturdy and durable. However, after it's third use, with the proper amount of water, I noticed the whistle no longer worked, it was a bit faint to begin with, but I actually didn't mind that feature. But, the kettle is now stained from burn marks, and looks horrible in my kitchen now.**Update: I no issue with getting an exchange/ replacement from the seller for this purchase. I've used it several times, and it still works & looks just as good as new!

I loved the look of this tea kettle and the way it whistles. However, after only using a few time's it is rusting. Even after towel drying after each use. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to use. Rusty tea water is likely not good for your health.

Very excited to receive it. Like the looks. The whistle fell off as I was washing it. Never got to use it yet. It's a pretty piece and you can boil water in it.Update: Got my replacement in 1 day. The replacement whistle seemed fitting much better and I'm hoping it will actually last me some time.The replacement last past 2 weeks with daily use. So I'm giving it one more star. Over all it's a pretty cheaply made low quality product.

Inside along entire seam at the base of the kettle started rusting and a center “dot” of rust formed on the base inside the kettle. We usually empty kettle after use, left water in once after boiling…about two days, rust started forming at the water line. Tossed in recycling bin a month after getting it. Darn…

Es una tetera /hervidor con estética de 10, pero su funcionamiento tiene algunas fallas:• En varias opiniones de Amazon Estados unidos mencionan que el tornillo de la tapa viene flojo y no se puede apretar. En mi caso pasó lo mismo, pareciera que se va a romper en algún momento.• Silba muy poco, casi no se oye• Si no se seca después de usarse seguramente aparecerá oxido• Si se usa un fuego muy fuerte se dañará la pintura/esmalte del exterior• Si se agregan más de dos litros y se pone a hervir el agua con fuego alto.. el vapor y agua se escapará y salpicará por varias partes aunque todo esté selladoEn resumen: NO es una buena tetera silbante por el precio. Sólo es un bonito y delicado hervidor de agua para usos ocasionales.

Honestamente pensamos que venía rota por que el silbido es súper tenue, casi no se escucha y justo compramos la tetera por esta cualidad.

Tetera muy linda, el color hermoso tal cual la foto, solo que hay que forzar para cerrar bien la tapa, fuera de eso super!

Muy buen producto, llego justo lo prometido en vivo es aún más lindo el color

Super bonita, de buena calidad aparte trae un Guante para evitar quemaduras
