IZO All Supply Upholstery Foam 2 inch X 18" X 18" High Density Foam Padding Seat Cushion Foam, Set of 4

I was looking for something to cover some antique chairs I had just bought. I was going to redo the seats but I didn’t want to deal with the mess of cutting foam to fit the dimensions of the chairs as I’ve done that before and it was messing. Well, this foam is wonderful!! I marked the foam and used some kitchen scissors ( newer ones) and the foam cut like butter! There were times I pulled the scissors out while cutting a long line and that line wasn’t that smooth and even but otherwise the foam was amazing. There was no flaky mess, no shedding, no tiny flakes all over myself and the floor. Finally, someone knows how to make foam!!! Thank you - I’ll definitely be buying this again!!

Even when I know the measurements of something like this, I always tend to envision it as bigger, so I had to adjust to that when my foam squates came. Also, I knew these foam squares are ony one inch thick, even though the illustration makes them look much thicker,so I wasn't shocked,but others might be. So take note of the one inch measurement given, not the illustration that looks thicker! But those my only negatives about this product! The foam is dense and sturdy and very comfortable for my purpose. I would purchase again!

These worked out great for what I used them for (making a headboard), they were true to size. The only flaw I can think of would be that I ordered two sets of this, should have been identical in appearance, I would think, but they were two very different beige colors. Might be an issue for some, but I covered them in fabric so it wasn't for me. Also, one set had the measurements written directly onto the foam in marker, this might be a problem for some. Overall, a good product and a great price.

I wanted something to act as a cushion on the horizontal stabilizer when I hang my RC airplane for storage on hooks (which I also purchased through Amazon). This foam worked out perfectly. I cut little strips (about 1" x 2") and put those between the plane and the hooks. A nice, soft resting place for my plane when it's not flying. And I have a lot left over for more planes!

I needed some height for my new kitchen chairs so I’m not sitting with my chin on the table. I looked at so many different places and couldn’t find any chair cushions that were the right size. I saw these foam pieces and decided I could make my own. So I did. I put them on the chair seat, drew an outline, got the sharpest knife I had, and cut them to size. I had also ordered seat covers, by the time I got done, it actually looked like a professional job. I could have gotten away with one, but wanted more height, so I cut one in half and added it to the seat cover. Now I have exactly what I wanted in the exact color I wanted. And because the seat covers were so inexpensive, I can buy different colors to fit my mood or the season.

Product ok for what I wanted it for but would not say good for all projects as it has a lot of discoloration on the pieces...like it has been in storage for a long time. Delivery was lengthy....understand it got tied up in transportation hub.? good support from seller

I'm pleased with the thickness and stability of the foam. I needed to make padding for the awful stool I had to sit on in chemistry class. It is great!

We bought these to replace the cushions on bar stools that were left to us. We couldn't figure out how to remove the old ones, so we just put these on the seats and put chair covers over them and they work perfectly. My only complaint is that they're hard to cut down due to their thickness. You need extra large scissors or something to be able to make a neat cut.
