Item arrived earlier than quoted and packaged very well. I am Very happy with this purchase, it's an attractive garment rack for our extra guest room space without a closet. Our room is a smaller space so the built in dresser like drawers are a plus and create more storage options. This piece is very sturdy and substantial. All pieces labeled and was able to put together easily. The only negative would be the drawer bottoms were too thin but seem to be adequate for light weight drawer items.

Any site which sells flat-pack furniture should post the assembly instructions on the product page, ammiright? So why aren't the instructions available on this page? There's a certain Swedish retailer that's been doing it for decades. So I don't understand why our Amazonian friends aren't up to the task. I've posted my own photos of the instructions, which will hopefully give you an idea of what's involved.I've assembled hundreds of things like this over the years, and I'd like to help the many people who seem to have had trouble with this garment rack. I found it to be very well-made and well-packed, so a successful assembly should just be a matter of following some basic guidelines:1. Don't rush it. Take your time. I spent around 4 hours on it. I could've done it much quicker, but I slowed things down, turned up the rock 'n' roll, and enjoyed myself. The end result was a near-perfect garment rack.2. Invest in some basic but necessary tools. They include tools with this kit, but those tools will NOT yield professional results. There's a freight discounter in a nearby harbor who can help you out. For under $20, you can buy all the tools you need for this job.3. It really helps to have a large, raised, flat work area. I used my 6-seater dining room table, upon which I've assembled countless computers and pieces of furniture over the years. You won't get one for under $20, but it'll sure help you achieve superior results.4. You really should loosely assemble things and then tighten afterwards. It's especially important when joining the upper and lower portions of the frame, where 4-screw inserts (part #12) join each of the 4 vertical posts. Loosely assemble, then tighten, and you'll wind up with a much stronger and better-looking rack.5. I'd like to thank the manufacturer, who included extra screws of every size. It's an easy thing to do, and it results in far fewer support calls, so I don't know why other manufacturers don't follow suit. Also, I found the welds and powder-coated finish to be of excellent quality - there are obviously people in a factory somewhere who actually care about the quality of their work, and I appreciate it.

I bought this since our bedroom doesn't have a closet and I needed to hang dresses up somewhere. The black and wood matches our furniture nearly perfectly.It was relatively easy to put together in about an hour by myself with the help of a different allen key I had on hand, one screw was in a tight spot that didn't allow for the included allen key to rotate fully. I highly recommend picking up a folding set of allen keys at your local discount freight store.It shipped with styrofoam, but be advised that the box will probably look like it was dropped down a mountain before being delivered to your front door.

This was so easy to put together! Matches with my bedroom, decor perfectly! I can fit so much on the rack, and it is so sturdy. An absolute must have! Don’t think twice. This is such a great product! For in your house or dorm, or workplace! And customer service was incredible!! So happy with my purchase!

A few months later and this product is still holding up strong with no issues! It’s perfect for the price and is exactly when I needed, a lot is room to hang up clothes, 4 drawers, and more storage space on top! I did a ton of searching for a similar product for the price range and this is it!

The media could not be loaded.  Great product! Not too difficult to assemble! Looks amazing inside my built in wood closet. We had one wall that I wanted to utilize the space with extra storage and hangers… this was perfect!
