Q: What should I use to clean the top and shelf?

Nothing special I use Windex or a damp cloth(water)

Q: Can it hold up to 30 gallons fish tank?

No I wouldn’t put a fish tank on it. Not sturdy enough.

Q: Bought these tables from you, and one of the caps for the leg bottom was missing. How do I obtain a replacement?

For replacement parts, please refer to the assembly instructions and go to http://www.winsomewood.com/replacement to submit online request. Please make note that one of the adjustors was missing off one of the legs.
