I had the exact same model since March 2020 for work at home. I think (with a sort of big head) it got stretch too much. I had bought a backup soon after I got this one (but this type or model) and it felt uncomfortable. Was so very happy I found a different listing with this! It’s exactly the same and feels fabulous. No problems at all with hearing others or they hearing me on my Teams meetings. It’s really good headphones. It’s just plug in the Aux plug into laptop and it works. Just to make sure I had a good backup ready (in 5+ years or more based on past experience of good headphone) I bought a 2nd one so that I have a backup (even same color) that is the same as the one I’m so happily using now!

It works great! I honestly figured the quality of hold be just decent since the price is so low but it’s actually quite good.So far, its outlived some of my sons previous headsets haha. I say it’s definitely worth it!

I do enjoy this headset for what it is. It is an inexpensive option that sounds very good and looks higher end than it is. Overall it doesn't feel super cheap like some lower-end ones do, it sounds great and feels nice for the most part. I have worn it for probably over 50 hours since purchasing and it works well. That being said, there are a few issues I have with it and I will go over those:1. Curvature. This microphone has an interesting curvature on the earbuds that leans towards the front of my face. It is hard to explain, but with my small ears it is not the most comfortable and took some getting used to. If I wear it more towards the back of my head, it is more comfortable and I stick with that. Your experience will vary of course, but for me it is not amazing but not abysmal either.2. Flimsy: When I grab this thing I feel like even a slight amount of bending force will snap it in half. the padding and overall ergonomics are amazing, but the plastics used to assemble it all together are nowhere near the best quality. This is to be expected for an inexpensive mic, but strangely I feel it could use some thicker construction, even if it makes it slightly heavier.3: Lightweight: This thing is pretty light, which is both really nice for comfort but bad for the overall feel. It adds to the cheap factor because the lightweight nature is mainly due to the cheap thin plastics. This is beneficial as it allows me to wear the microphone for longer without being irritating, but it still feels a bit lighter than I would have expected.4. The cable: For PC gaming which I mostly use this for, the cable is fantastic. If you are playing on a console which I also do, the wires get in the way due to it having to plug into the controller.. It would have been nice to have a cable that was half the length and instead use an extension for the full length, but I understand that it is not a very simple option nor does it keep the cost down. I do not get bothered too much by it but I know others do and it is worth mentioning.5. Packaging: A plastic bag? Really?Anyway, it is a great microphone for gaming and a good inexpensive option. The color options are pretty cool but I kinda wish it had RGB lol. If you're considering it, just go for it. It's definitely worth the low price.

Plugs right into my ps5 controller. Extremely clear. I have a lot of my friends say that my headphones hear more than their turtle beach super expensive ones. So far I’ve had these for 2 years(ish).

My son's love the headsets, the color and sound is fantastic. I also have to say they are sturdy and light. The microphone is short and not in your way like most.

It’s really annoying! Idk how to extend this thing but it’s making me mad like when ever k sit back and try to relax it gets makes the cable pop off (can some one teach me how to do it?)

I initially bought this product as a gift for my 13 year old nephew who recently was gifted a new Xbox One. After receiving the headset, I opened the packaging to test the product because I had interest in purchasing my own. I am very glad I didn't just wrap it and gift it away before checking it out myself.After experiencing a few headsets for my own gaming needs, from the popular (more costly) brands, I was thoroughly impressed! Upon trying them on everything was totally quiet. My girlfriend tried to communicate with me but that yielded only pure silence :)The sound quality was crispy and even better than expected. I played a couple matches of a popular battle royale game and was quite pleased. They even connected to my smartphone as well as my other gaming console. Perfect! The only downfall is the LEDs only light up when connected to a USB. Being primarily an Xbox player, the only USB port is located on the console making the light-up functionality obsolete. Perhaps the LED is only meant for PC gaming.Overall I give this headset a solid 9/10

UPDATE: Was contacted by a customer service rep in regards to my review and was offered a new set free of charge and the opportunity to be refunded if I wasnt satisfied with the new headset. Needless to say, I just recieved the new headset and am extremely happy that they took my suggestion on how to make their product better and sent me EXACTLY what I was looking for! I will fully support any company that stands by their product and needs of their customer! Excellent customer service! I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.Previous review:A bit disappointed. I Bought your product July 11, 2018 for my son to use while playing his PS4 and its already broken. (Wire frayed). I ordered the Square Trade protection plan but after reading all the negative reviews on the process it takes to have item repaired or refunded im inclined to believe its time I (busy mom of four) dont have to spare so unfortunately I will not be able to give a more positive review on your product which is great other than the wiring could be stronger maybe more of a cord like material or stronger plastic coating to protect from fraying.Thanks, Frustrated/Disappointed Mom
