Can other manufacturer blades be used in this?

Hi Yes other branded blades can be used on this machine .

My evolution concrete saw takes 305mm blade is the 300mm suitable?

Yes the 300mm Blade can be used on here .

When the guy delivered the saw he tipped the box on its end - there is oil inside the box when opened - anyone else had this?

Know never had any oil ! Maybe you just have to tighten up the screw after checking the oil

Will this cut 20mm ceramic tiles

Yes it will, if you use the right diamond disc for ceramic tiles.
