I place this ball behind my back while sitting in a chair, while lying on the floor or in bed-it is so therapeutic! I ordered additional balls for family and friend

Good product

I was using this ball at my gym doing PT exercises while recovering from bursitis in my hip. It was so useful that I found I could this one at home as well. It's lightweight, squishy, and diverse enough for some other exercises as well. The price is affordable and I would recommend it to anyone who wished to use it for Pilates as well as Yoga exercises.
