Massive compliments at work. Coworkers and myself like the retro asthetic, but my favorite is the function. I really dislike the “sporty” safety glasses frames. I fog the lenses very easily and these sit far enough from my nose, cheeks, and brow that I don’t fog up.I told my supervisor that our entire hangar crew needs these and his reply was “I’ll buy them for all of us”

They really need to change the photo. The pic on the listing is a darker shade of creeper beige, and it shows a metal reinforcement rod going back through the sides of the glasses. What you'll actually receive are closer to a blonde color and include no metal other than the screws/hinges. Amazon quickly becoming a wasteland of unpoliced misrepresentations of products. Zero effort to be factual or credible. The glasses still do the job, but I may return them out of spite, simply because the product info is fraudulent.

60 day UPDATE: Still great. even somewhat scratch resistant. Hope Amazon gets these in again I want spares! Basically, Safety glasses aren't safe if you don't wear them. These are so comfy you don't even notice you are wearing them. They are not particular scratch proof nor are they scratch prone. They are not anti-fog, nor do they claim to be. I recommend you forget about looking for anti-fog glasses since the anti-fog treatment rarely lasts beyond the first cleaning or two and just use the scuba diver's trick of rubbing a tiny bit of dishwashing liquid on the lenses and rubbing it right off again. Yes, you might get a tiny tiny bit of a rainbow effect in bright sunlight but the soap acts as a surfactant, preventing the moisture from forming a a fog-film.I saw some complaints about the color/appearance of these glasses. While they are a lighter plastic than shown in some pix, they are so grotesquely over-sized and geeky they could never be mistaken for 1980s corporate wear.I LOVE them. They fit my oversized head with room to spare (you can sort of fit regular glasses underneath. They even have little holes drilled at each end so you could put them on a chain if you want.Wish they had sunglasses like these, I'd grab them up.

These are great. I use them every day in a fabrication shop, they fit well, cover my entire field of vision and fit underneath a speedglas welding hood no problem. The lens does get scratched if placed on a table lens down. will order again when i need new safety glasses. Remind me of my Army BCGs,

These are just bad ass. Look super retro and makes even a total stud like myself look like a total dork in the shop. Seriously tho, these make even ME look smart.I had a pair from 20+years ago. These are almost identical. The plastic is not as strong and a bit lighter color than shown in the description but they feel really good and offer some crazy coverage. Don’t know if I’ll trust the plastic lenses for serious impact at this price, but these are super easy to replace with glass!

Cheap, durable safety glasses. I always buy these in bulk for when we're doing grinding, sawing, or using a weedeater with our business. I couldn't ask for more out of a pair of safety glasses. I've stepped on a pair before and they usually just bend. A huge plus for me personally is I grew up wearing glasses with almost exactly this shape, so if I roll my socks into tubes and put on some Like a Virgin by my girl Madonna, I lose 20 years. However, your results may vary.

Love the retro lab glasses they look dope. The color is lighter than the advertised image. Lenses are not scratch resistant and scuff pretty easily if you aren't careful.

These glasses of course borrow heavily from the esteemed Bouton line, and along with the attractive retro caramel styling evoke the classic form so familiar to millions. What is so good to the eye, however, is less satisfying in the hands: the glasses have a frail, brittle hand-feel that betrays the compromised lineage of this product, the materials guaranteeing the necessity for replacement at the smallest of stressors.One may argue that the price is not Bouton, therefore neither is the quality, although this writer would respond that the price outpaces the quality offered, and it more suitable in the 11.99 range rather than double that.Ultimately, to each their own. These glasses do photograph well. However, if one is on a beer budget, at the very least one deserves a beer that is appropriate to the budget, one finds that for the price they are left swilling a glass of end-of-keg draft on a Tuesday night, in a small town Nebraska tavern, listening to a Rush cover band stumble its' drunken way through Tom Sawyer only to break down at the solo like they always do.

I love these. Originally I bought them thinking it would deter my thieving family from “borrowing” my safety glasses. I was wrong, I have to hide them, or they’ll go missing. They are well made, strong, protective, and comfortable. Only slight problem I have is my nose is small and so the glasses want to come down my face. Not a big deal though, easily fixed with some electrical tape! Now they stay on perfect!

I was afraid they might be too big for my head, but they fit great! I now feel like a “real” scientist with my awesomely retro safety glasses. I mean...I am also a real scientist. But that’s beside the point.Highly recommend for all your nerdy retro science lab needs!

They seem to be built relatively well. I havnt had them very long, but so far seem to be lasting well. Haven’t had any fogging up in a warm shop. They are a bit wider than I expected, but with a little heat from a bbq lighter I was able to custom fit the width to my head. One thing I was disappointed about was these definitely don’t have wire or metal in the temple as the description and pictures say they do. That’s why a lowers the rating a bit

They’re cute and retro fun, they do slip however while wearing, and a bit bulky to keep on for my entire work shift. I’ve dropped them off the top of my head so many times and they haven’t broke though! So they are durable
