I bought this because I often need my hands free when I am on my cell phone and can more easily hold it between my shoulder and cheek then my cell. I have tested it asking the person on the other end if they can hear a difference in my voice and I am told it takes the background noise out and it does not reduce the quality of the sound. Looks and feels like a toy, the cord seems a bit fragile but it works fine.

This product was not useable. The sound quality was not good. It appears cheaply made. I sent it back.

I love love love this, wait did I say love this! It is so much easier to speak on the phone for long periods of time. Usually the phone over heats and it is no fun. But now I have this great phone handset that eliminates all my worries!! I highly recommend this!

This helps eliminate stiff necks when making lengthy call. I can also use this to make both hands available to use my hands while carrying on a conversation.

Don't buy this. It does not work and there are no instructions. You cannot return it

I choose the five star because a my daughter just love this product. Will I recommend this product to someone yes.
