Will this work in a pond to keep algae down ? With ftogs

Yes, it can keep green algae down

are they supposed to hatch and then the fish eats them? I have a baby betta fish and want to make sure I am doing it right since I am a new fish owner

Hello Yes, you are correct. I would like to suggest you order fairy shrimp eggs instead of Moina because it's small than Moina. So it's suitable for baby betta than Moina However, Fairy shrimp eggs out of stock on FBA now. it's will available on FBA in 10 days. If you don't want to wait you can order on my website also. It will be shipped from the warehouse in San Carlos, CA by priority mail USPS, which takes 3-8 business days Regard, Sprite

It's been 6 days and they are still just little floating white dots on top of frog tank. Any suggestions?

It took a good 7 days for my colony to hatch make sure your temperature is safe for your tanks inhabitants and within range on packaging if unable to safely do this due to tank inhabitants use separate tank eggs are heat sensitive and to cold my not induce hatching
