This item came nicely packaged. It has no directions however so let me say you have to peel off a plastic sheet in order for it to stick. Once done it has worked great for the 1 day I have used it so far. I like that I can have my phone up/down or horizontal. There are two different areas to adjust to your likeness. I have the black/blue one. So far I give it a big thumbs up.
