Love the shape. Top quality pottery. There is am endless number of uses for this container.

Although this canister is a bit smaller than I was expecting (my fault) it is very functional and also looks nice. The top of the canister seals OK with a basic type of silicon gasket, and the canister is able to fit a 1-tablespoon scoop inside. Overall quality seems pretty good, and the price was fair.

This is really cute, but I wouldn't keep anything you want to stay fresh or anything smelly in there.

I like it a lot, but I gave it for stars because the lid does not close securely

Perfect little Matcha Canister. I love this, the pottery and craftsmanship is beautiful. It is the perfect little canister for my matcha and it goes well with my little Matcha Bowl. Fits well in a little cabinet I use for my tea and treats.I hand washed it and dried it with a low lint towel, and then it air dry some more. It is hard to tell if there is any trapped moisture in the meshy part of the lid.I just love it. I have always loved the whole tea ceremony thing. (Chado)I always wanted a little Japanese Tea House, on a little island, in the middle of tea garden.... With a little bridge that zig-zag across a little pond...to help keep the evil from joining us for tea. (I guess evil spirits can only cross water in a straight line, or maybe they only travel in a straight line. I forget.) It was always a dream.Since that is not currently an option for me, I am making a happy little Tea Oasis. This canister is just perfect and fills my heart with joy.
