This helps my cat when having an asthma attack thankfully. She sniffs it a few times and definitely breathes better. Not sure if it would have the same effect on people. Love it.

I have always loved the smell of warm and spicy cardamom, being from the country, that is the largest producer of cardamom, I think its just in me to love love this.
