When remodeling my baseman bathroom, I decide to do a walking shower and always want it a rain shower head in the middle of the shower so looking for a shower head on big retail stores the price was to high, so decide to look on amazon for a different prices and read some reviews. I decide to pull the trigger and purchase this shower head. The price was 3/4 cheaper and it look just like big retail store product, so why not! what can go wrong? My contractor said was easy to install and he love the fact that is a level to help him square everything. I’m not a big fan on wall mount faucet but man after trying this shower head and faucet I was very impress. I decide to get a square shower arm so I can install the shower head in the middle of the shower. How about the pressure? The shower head pressure is better than my regular shower head on my main bathroom. The faucet has more pressure but remember the rain shower is a rain shower and still the pressure is great. After using the shower and shutting off the water doesn’t leak like other shower head. Overall this Shower head is great and I’m hopping it last for a long time. When using the shower if you think the shower handle is backward is not. If you look at the handle and move the handle to the right it will give you cold water and if you move the handle to the left will give you hot water. I told it was a bad valve but it wasn’t. I was looking the handle the wrong way.

We have had this set in our new shower for a couple months now and it work and looks great.

I am still in the process of installing this system. Here is my take away on it thus far and will update this review once it is fully in use. I find the mixing valve to be sturdy and of good construction. All finishes of the on the visible shower pieces look good and high quality. So bottom line..for the money this seems to be an excellent product for either a new install or upgrade to your current shower.The Drawbacks as I see them:-DO NOT use the teflon tape that was provided. When doing a pressure test I had leaks around the mixing valve and after tightening each fitting with all my might it still leaks slightly. If you do use their tape wrap each fitting extra well at min. 10 times.- The barbed fittings that attach to the mixing valve are EXTREMELY difficult to seat fully on 1/2" PEX tubing. I feel the barb fitting is oversized to maybe accommodate for possibly 3/4 inch tube. So getting the Pex to slide over the entire fitting is very very difficult unless you have a PEX tube stretcher or some other tool to seat it to the barb end.-The instruction manual is basically useless. The install of this product is pretty straightforward and almost anyone can figure it out after viewing the video and just thinking through proper steps. However, I do think the instruction piece could be a little more user-friendly especially in the area of mounting the valve for a drywall and tile install.-Lastly the Shower wand is very sleek and kind of smallish feeling in the hand. To me so much so that it seem obvious that it will slip out of soapy hands. I also wish the hose that attaches to it was a metal goose neck hose rather than plastic. I've already purchased another hand held for 30 bucks that has a bigger head, more ergonomically pleasing design, and massage jet pulsation. It by no means is a deal breaker, and many smaller handed people may like the included hand held. As for me it just seemed pedestrian in its feel and shape.

Does anyone know if the cartridge inside the valve is reversed? Kojox hasn't answered this question in my email to them. Researched online and found videos of other brands Delta, Moen reverse valve instructions but nothing for this unit. After I typed in reversed in the commets ,i seen many other customers with the same issues of hot and cold reversed.After remodeling my master bathroom, and installing this Kojox shower system, I noticed the hot and cold water was reversed, thinking I made a mistake. I opened the wall behind the shower and confirmed my connection were corect, felt the heat off the hot water line going into the (red) left inlet on my valve.Other than that, the shower and hand wand seems to work good at leat for know.
