Seller Wasnt Helpful and Product Didnt Work
First of all the product was not working and went I asked the seller for a refund, they said to send the product to China. I do not trust sending it overseas and paying for the postage. They were going to refund after I had to do all the work to deliver it oversees. I do not have time to wait in line at the post office and or have $200 to pay for the postage. And when the seller did send a part replacement for the device it still did not work. I am very upset for spending $300 for a device that didn't work and the seller gave me a hard time about getting a refund.

I don't know what type of medical sorcery this device is but I can tell you, it works. I get pain relief with no pills and it's portable. So I take it with me if I leave home for more than a week...

Awesome
I brought this product for the husband as he has a pinched nerve from his neck to the back of his head. Well he loves it and says it helped his pinched nerve where it has gone down and the pain has subsided. Will buy this product again!

temperamental!!
This product stop working!! Was delivered on the 21st of July and stop working on the 29th of August!!I put this device away with the mind set to return it and today 9/21/21 I tried it and it worked. I apologize for the misunderstanding but when it stop working I was very much upset.

Missing feet pads
The box was missing the feet pads. Another review said the same thing. It’s too much money to be missing pieces and I have fractured and sprained my feet and was looking forward to that piece specifically
