Best Biltong I've ever tasted. Fatty, not dry and full of flavour. I bought from Biltong man over the years, but this batch is absolutely another level. Better than anything you can buy in supermarket and plus miles better value. Only thing is its 500g. If was 250g x 4 for the 1kg would be better portions rather than having to consume quickly while fresh.

Been purchasing this product for a long time, sometimes misses but overall leaves me eager to purchase again.

This Biltong is absolutely succulent & moist. So delicious. Loads of fat which is perfect for a paleo/ carnivore/ keto diet. Tastes great with just a nice amount of heat and the taste is renewed as you slowly chew it for a long time. I would assume this is due to the high fat content. I have tried a bunch of different Jerky & Biltong. This is by far my favourite version yet.One down side. I got 2 500g packages & they are not re-sealable. It would be nice if the seller could change up the packaging in the future to add this feature. But it’s a minor thing tbh.5/ 5 stars. - highly recommend.

I've had a few different varieties of biltong so was a bit disappointed by this one. It isn't as dried and has a fairly waxy texture to it. There is also a lack of consistency with some slices nice and thin, and others really thick with large chunks of fat running through which was quite hard to chew. Got the piri piri, which only had a very mild heat and not much actual flavour. Over all I would say its OK, but I'll likely go for another brand next time.

Exceptional biltong

I bought a few packs of these as they title was called “Fatty Beef Biltong” and so disappointed that it’s so dry.The first pack I bought was plain and it was so fatty, juicy and delicious that I bought more (peri-peri, plain and the sticks) and they are all DRY.I’m slowing going through them now - as you can’t give spices to dogs!Don’t expect what you see in the photo - fatty, a bit greasy - this biltong is bone dry!

This is so tasty I was very surprised how good it was. I'm really happy with this biltong will definitely be buying more.

Bit disappointed with this. Taste is ok, but I bought it specifically because it was advertised as "fatty biltong", and it just isn't! There's practically no fat in it anywhere. You can definitely get better for the money.
