This item is not eligible for return. Bottle seal was broken, and most of the contents were spilled out.I would love like to amend this review. The company reached out to me after reading my review. The customer service has been wonderful, and a new bottle is being sent. The product itself works very well. It helps greatly in keeping staining under the eyes under control.

when you squeeze the bottle and applicator tip is designed in such a way, the liquid goes every where. very wasteful

Works great I have shit zu’s

I haven't used it yet but when I opened my box about half the bottle had leaked out.Updated review - seller contacted me about leaked bottle, offered a replacement free of charge and it was shipped out to me quickly. Used for first time and my dog handled it well and helped clear up his eyes.

This product gentle and effective in cleaning irritants from my Teddy bear's eyes. It safely clears crusty & mucus-like eye boogers. My dog no longer rubs his eyes on the carpet or with his paws in the mornings, prohibiting damage/irritation to the sensitive skin and tear-duct areas in his eyes. Grateful for this product. It was also given the 'ok' by my veterinarian.

Unfortunately I had ordered two and one of my bottles had been leaking out upon arrival. The product itself works really well with my dog. I've noticed that she is at ease with this product as I was able to get her to cooperate well enough for me to put it in her eyes. The crustiness and eye discharge reduced within two weeks.

My dog will be put to sleep & be cremated due to decline health. So I never tried to open anymore. Need to return this unopened product.
