To be honest this was so annoying- missing half the letters in the word birthday. The quality of the pennants was also pretty cheap- I don’t think I would have even bought this if it were at the dollar store. I had so much going on I didn’t get to return it in time. I would not recommend purchasing unless you have time for unnecessary errands.

When this was delivered the banner was not assembled! You had to do it yourself by threading the cardboard letters through the ribbon. It took 2 hours & the fan decorations would not stick together for anything. It was such a hassle. Would not buy again

It’s lightweight and takes patience to assemble but you certainly can creativity transform a space into a festive mood! I was very happy with this kit.

It was kind of a pain to put together. You have to string everything together. Glad I didn’t wait until right before the party. Once I put it together it’s was fine.

these decorations are very versatile and easy to assemble!!! Also they fold up nicely and can be used again and again!!! Very cute and affordable!!! GREAT VALUE FOR PRICE!!!

These decorations are beautiful, fun, and sturdy so they should last for many uses! I liked them so much, I bought some for the office too.
