I started using this product about four months ago and alongside a healthy diet and exercise routine and going through at least 5 tubs of these lol, I lost 30 pounds with no loss of muscle. I am a fanboy of MuscleTech products in general for not only how good they taste but how effective they are. I never used this "Ripped" version before and felt I had nothing to lose. I followed the directions exactly on the container, two servings a day 30-60 minutes before my largest meals which for me were lunch and dinner. I instantly noticed an urge not to eat as much due to the combination of having consumed a protein shake beforehand as well as the appetite suppressant of the green coffee extract. There's debate as to the green coffee effectiveness but personally it has worked for me. I noticed the weight SLOWLY coming off about 1-2 pounds a week. The thing to consider is that this is a healthy weight loss since this ensures you are not losing muscle in the process. I also noticed how easily dissolvable it is in a shaker bottle and the taste is top notch (I liked the chocolate although the vanilla isn't too bad). I recommend giving this try as long as you follow a healthy diet and exercise routine, follow the directions, AND have patience as this ensures a slow but healthy weight loss.

Great flavor

I really like the taste of this product along with the price tag. The price for protein powder has seriously gone up triple almost quadruple over the last 5-6 years. Muscletech has always been a reputable and reliable brand.I would recommend this product

This product was a nice mix up from my unflavored Protein powder I normally use. I like the flavor as it was not too sweet and it does not have a chalky texture at all. It made my protein shakes smoother. Normally I use water so this helped give it a creamier taste. I also like the macros of the powder. It has a lot of Protein with relatively low carbs and fat. Mainly low in sugar compared to some other protein powders I have tried.

It really does work. When I started buying this protein brand. I was 247 pounds. Now im at 203. But tbf I could've lost more pounds if I controlled my cravings in my journey. Regardless tho I'm getting skinny!

I have been using this protein for a year now. I'm down 20lbs but have gained 15lbs of lean muscle. Highly recommend if you are trying to lose weight but still gain muscle.

Ok so my only issue with this protein powder is that trying to mix this is a horrible experience!Since just using a shaker bottle doesn't help much I tried to mix it with one of those small electric mixers with my usual fairlife milk and water but it just does not want to mix completely. When I take a sip I can feel that it tastes a bit thick and grainy, which wasn't the case when I bought their vanilla version from their "Isowhey muscletech protein powder"I think I'm going to have to try to pre-mix it with hot liquids first and then cool it off and check if that works...
