We have had this piece for 6 years. I am looking to replace it as you can see the material has not lasted, (also it doesnt really match the couch), so I looked back at my old orders to see what I paid. This piece is now twice as much as we spent back in 2016 and I would not buy it for the new price. Our dog sits on the ottoman and has warn out the material. Putting our feet on it also wears it out. If you are planning on this piece being in a room that gets minimal use, it should hold up. It remains sturdy to this day and has been fantastic for storage! Dog hair does manage to get between the pieces. We have run a doggie daycare out of our home and you can see our much older couch has held up nicely to all the paws.

We ordered this to replace our aging and broken storage ottoman. It arrived fully assembled, we just needed to screw in the short legs. I was done in 5 mins and it looks great!

Good storage and can work for extra seating, if needed.

The only thing I disliked was I ordered two of the same thing and they look a little different. Still love them so I’m keeping both.

It stores so much of my sons toys, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and is so versatile! I am in LOVE with it!

And the reviews said it all and confirmed my decision and that's why this Ottoman gets my highest recommendation and highest rating at 5 stars! This is the second one of these we’ve owned. The last one we used as a footstool and storage unit in our RV. It was included in the sale when we sold the rig. We bought this one for the same purpose but it came with some paint defects and some issues with the stitching. I touched up the paint and ignored the seams. It’s a practical storage unit and I’d recommend it for that but be prepared to address some quality issues.

I'm not sure how this product has gotten such high ratings. It was well packaged and protected, yet somehow the wooden trays are scratched, dented, and even chipped. Also it has a pretty strong chemical smell. I read a few other reviews like this, but since the majority of the reviews were positive, I assumed that person was just exaggerating. They weren't. These are really poorly made and not worth the price. The only reason we wanted it, is because it's a unique item.

I am giving it a 3 star because one lid has a slightly warped corner. It is shinier than the picture. The height is almost 17.5". All the trays are not perfect squares, which is fine, but the finishing work is also not perfect so the edges and corners don't square or line up evenly. It is still worth the buy if you are looking for a storage bench that can double as a table with removable trays! It is a hassle to remove three trays to get a blanket out of the bench but if you need to put a drink somewhere and you don't have a coffee table (because the space is too small to accommodate a coffee table), this is a great option!

We bought this coffee table as we have a new baby in the house and it works like a coffee table. Can't expect much more than that! I find that I always have a couple of the panels flipped over to the hard side as i can't be bothered to keep switching it over & it's impossible to do one-handed. Imagine walking into the living room with your hot coffee and now you have nowhere to put it down because it's all soft top! Unless you add a serving tray to the top...which defeats the purpose of the flip trays. Sturdy and easy to put together (all we had to do was put the feet on).
