Not as black as I’d hoped. The black kind of has a dark purple dark brownish type of color while in the light. *EDIT* I noticed while riding my skateboard I keep going to the right! I got a straight piece of paper and put it over the holes uner the deck to get the shape. I then used a ruler to line it up to prove it’s not even. As you could see in the picture it’s at an angle.. To prove it even more I folded the paper in the top and bottom evenly. One hole has more of a gap making my truck turn to the right. The EXACT ANGLE MAKING ME KEEP GOING RIGHT .. ALSO I INSTALLED MY NEW GRIPTAPE AND TOOK TIME TO COLOR ON IT.. NOT HAPPYAND NOT TO MENTION THE WHEEL BASE IS OVER 14” ON A 7.75 BOARD!EDIT Again: Original had 2 stars out of frustration. But seller did manage to solve my problem. So I will change to 5 stars. However the paint that comes with it could literally be scratched and marked with my nail. The board seems solid definitely better quality than walmart board. Check the holes making sure they are lined up before installing griptape. I think these are done by hand, So accidents do happen even with some other brands.

The black finish on the bottom of the board looks absolutely stunning! This product was packaged extremely well and with care. Not only was the deck wrapped entirely in plastic, but the two tail ends were protected with pieces of bubble wrap. I am super happy with the quality and appearance of this deck. I just added grip tape to it, and I can't wait to build the rest of my board!Details:-The deck feels sturdy and high quality.-The maple wood overall looks so sleek and clean.-The edges of the board are smoothed and perfectly rounded.

My son got a board for XMAS, and now I wanted to skate with & teach him. I have a 1989 board with a worn tail and good hardware. Purchased the Yocaher Black 8.5" deck. This size works perfectly with old school 8" trucks. You can see in the picture how wide it is compared to my son's board. I did need to drill extra holes to accommodate the old trucks (longer base), and everything mounted up great.With this new deck I used Black Widow Grip Tape (Amazon Item B004155HM6) and replaced the Riser/Screws with VJ 12mm Riser w/ 1.75 inch screw (Amazon Item B01B8M9R34).I can now relive the good old days of emulating the Bones Brigade!

These boards are absolute trash. Got the board for my 15 year old Son. Delaminated on the first day, spongy on the second day. I have No idea how this company is still in business with these boards. If you’re buying a skateboard please look elsewhere.

Board feels good but if it taps anything on its edge and I mean the lightest tap (which every skateboard does, whether it taps the edge of an obstacle at a park or even landing on its edge doing flip trick) the plys split! 3 different ply splits in 2hours of use!!!

The media could not be loaded.  This plain skateboard deck is PERFECT. It is great quality and does not break easily. It is easy to paint on once you use a bit if sand paper. I purchased an 8.25 deck, and it is the perfect size.

I Use them to make custom designs and they are perfect for it.Solid make very sturdy always packed well ship fast. Excellent they will continue to be my go to decks.
