Great for blocking light!
I was hesitant to try these as they had no reviews, but I gave them a shot and am so glad I did! I had purchased a different brand that had claimed to be "room darkening" but let a great deal of light in. These, however, are comparable to what you might find in a hotel room, and the only visible light is at the top (as long as you overlap the middle and make sure the edges meet the wall.) They are very silky and a nice royal purple. I have not tried washing or drying them, so cannot comment on that. I have also noticed that they are very helpful with the increasingly cold winter air. Overall I am very happy with these.

Thick, Good Quality Curtains... Inspect Them.
Nice, thick curtains fur my sliding glass doors. I bought 2 of the same color. They came in different packages and the colors are slightly off. You don't notice it unless you're looking for it. The bad part is days later I looked at them and noticed one panel had a big black X written on the inside with a marker. It's for a game room so it just adds a more little character to the room, if it even gets noticed. I would have returned it but had thrown away the original packaging already and they do match pretty well so i may as well stick with what i got. I'm happy.

These are $50 curtains
In the process of returning. I purchased one curtain thinking it came with two since all of the pictures show two curtains, and the item description says "curtains" rather than "curtain". The price is quite high - home depot sells two curtains for $16 so to pay $50 to purchase two independently seems too high.

I love these curtains, but
I love these curtains, but they are not perfect. I ordered 4, and one had a flaw in the material that ran all the way across. I sent it back. The replacement also had a minor flaw where a piece of the material didn't get caught under a grommet. I tucked the material under and glued it down. I have them in 3 bedrooms. I used 4 panels on each double window. In one set of 4, one curtain was substantially longer than the others. I hemmed it, so they would all hang about the same distance from the floor. As you would expect, they arrive with a lot of packing wrinkles. The curtains are machine washable and dryable, but that didn't seem to affect the wrinkles. I had to iron the curtains. Once ironed and hung, they are beautiful. I love the soft flowing fabric. The grommets slide easily. I am using them on a bronze rod, but I think the grommet color would work on a nickel rod also. They are very effective at blocking about 90% of the light. I wish they were lined, so the outside of the window would look white. I am hanging sheers behind them.

Pretty, but not insulating. AT. ALL.
Although these are very pretty and aloft and silky, that’s not why I bought them.I bought these because my apartment gets drafty and we needed thermal curtains to block out the drafts. I bought three different kinds to see which ones worked the best. These are the absolute worst! The curtains in the rest of the house keep the house at roughly 70-71 degrees, even my bedroom, which is usually one of the coldest spots in the whole apartment. However, my daughter’s bedroom, which is the only one with these curtains, sits between 63-66 degrees when the rest of the house is at 70-71. It’s so bad, you can actually feel the curtains and they are cold to the touch.Honestly, I thought it had to be the heater, so we had a tech come out.It wasn’t the heater. Then last night, while I was closing her curtains, I noticed that the inside of the curtains had some sun bleached, fading areas. I thought to myself... I’m thinking that insulated curtains shouldn’t be letting enough light in to sun bleach the inside... so I got curious and I opened them up a bit on one seam, fully prepared to sew them back up, and unlike my other insulated “blackout” curtains, these don’t have an inside layer. There are just the two silky layers, which although pretty thick, do NOTHING for true insulation. If I could, I would return them, but alas I cannot, so I will simply order more of the Pony ones and donate these to the Goodwill or something.

Beautiful and keep light out perfectly!
I love these curtains. Truly beautiful color. They are so soft, I don't know why that matters but Ilike it! They have a nice weight to them so they don't feel or look cheap at all while still being light enough to compliment the room nicely without being an eyesore.I work overnight so I sleep during the day and wanted something pretty while still keeping the light out. They definitely keep the light out. After buying the first set for my bedroom I loved them so much I had to buy more for my living room windows. I highly recommend!

Dark and soft
These are very room darkening, nice and wide and sit very nicely. They’re also soft and not super heavy. The only reason I took off a star for durability is because they’re sort of a silky fabric and I can already see that just one time my cats catch a claw on them it’s going to cause some damage. (Unlike super heavy cotton, which they’d have to actively scratch up to ruin) Not a defect of the product, I just didn’t really pay attention to the material when I ordered. (But I do like the look of them, so it’s not really a complaint) I’ll likely consider buying other colors in the future for other rooms.

Be careful what you order
Typically, when you order curtains, you get a set. When the images show that you have a set, ie, a left and a right, you expect to get a set. Well, Amazon Customer Service said no, you get one piece, like it says in the description. I guess if I'm buying a bike, and it's 1 piece, I should be asking which piece. Or the net curtains I just ordered, where it states 2-pack and I got 4 'pieces'. Trying to now contact CS to say I was sent too many. There isn't an option for that. The seller of these should clearly state in images and description that you are getting half a set. Images should should at least one image where there's one curtain, not a pair. When it comes to light blocking, I agree with others that this is not true. They are a single thick-ish peice of material that dont block the light. Color was as expected and feel of material was also good. This single curtain isn't very energy efficient IMHO as I used it to keep heat out, which didn't happen very well. The sheerness was good. The single curtain is hanging, with wrinkles. Not a lot, but enough to not call it wrinkle-free.

Bright, well-made, perfect fit
Fast, accurate delivery. Well-Made. Colour as shown on-line. We LOVE the cheery colour! A bit easy to 'wrinkle' especially wear we open and close the curtains. Wish we had purchased the "black out" version and not just the "room darkening" as it would keep the heat from our west-facing window out better. (This was our error / choice and not a reflection of the product or manufacturer). Our room is indeed much darker with the street and traffic lights no longer impacting our sleep. A an excellent purchase. We would recommend these to others.

Not BLACKOUT
Not worth the money if you’re looking for black out curtains because they most certainly are not as you can see in the picture. (Shorter ones) the longer curtain is from G. Tiger. We had to buy cellular paper shades to put up in behind and now it looks more like black out curtains. They are a nice material though and the colour is great.

Nice, but there are better ones
I bought these because I wanted a particular colour, and they were on a one day sale. They are ok. Colour is rich (not as shocking as they seem in the pic), but they are fairly thin. I recommend "Nicetown" drapes instead. They are about the same price, and better quality

Look great, work well
These are very nice curtains and block out a lot of light. I use them in the nursery and its pretty close to pitch black in there for mid-day naps.
