I like Indian food and like to add to my repertoire. I am an experienced cook and always look for a cook book which offers something different. This is a good book for someone who wants to move away from the same boring home cooked curries but it doesn’t have many out of the ordinary recipes like murgh malai for one. However for a home cook who wants to expand their recipe bank, especially in breads it is a great little book at a very reasonable price (as are all books in this series)

Recipes are good and well laid out with one recipe per double page. Only surprise was the size, it's probably A5. That has it's advantages of course if worktop space is limited
