My 6yo has been playing an old version on kid's fire tablet. Would he be happy with this simplified version since it's an upgrade for him?

My son hated this version of farming stimulator. He has the older version (I believe 2017). He was really looking forward to the newer addition and was extremely disappointed in it. He hasn't touched it since day one
