I have the a5 lid lifter it is hard to use with my tripod.does the a5dll work better?

Can this work on a ozark dutch own 5 quart

I would think so as the lid design/loop on the center of the lid is a common design.....I have several Lodge and non-Lodge 12 and 14" Dutch Ovens and this lifter works jus fine. I always keep silicone gloves and a large Vise-Grip handy as well for the wire loop and as a back up.

Why doesn't the video show how to use the product advertised instead of an advertisement for the company?

The lid lifter is very basic and needs no instruction sheet. It, with the squeeze of your hand, slips under the loop handle on top of the the dutch oven and allows lifting.

Is it made in the USA ?

No, the lifter is made in China.

Awesome for Dutch oven

This thing has a positive grip on any Dutch oven lid when turning or removing lid. Also works with. The whole oven when turning in opposite direction of lid. Remember to turn oven one way and lid opposite for even cooking
