My husband and I take Move Free and do not have joint pain like most of our friends. We are over 70 and both have had injuries to knees and ankles. Over 6 months ago I messed up my Subscribe and Save so we ran out of these during the month. I purchased a generic form from Sam's. After a couple of weeks, my husband asked me if my knee was bothering me, which it was! We were both experiencing significantly more joint pain, especially affecting my walking. We are determined to never run out of Move Free again. A large number of our friends have had knee replacement surgery, and Move Free has kept us pain free for over 10 years! I don't know what the difference in composition of this supplement is, but it is the most effective we have taken. We highly recommend Move Free!
