Q: Can this paper be used with watercolor paintings? Or will it ruin the paper ?

I haven't done watercolor in a long time - but this paper is pretty impressive. I think you could - if it wasn't very wet.

Q: do fountain pens feather?

A lot depends on the ink and nib. I have one ink/nib combo that feathers and bleeds on almost every paper. There was some bleeding when I tested that pen, but almost all of the other ink/nib combos I tested worked well including fude nib, 1.5, 1.1, 0.6, M, F, EF. There was some dry time required (again, depending on the ink) so as a lefty, I have to be careful not to smear but this is my life with fountain pens and certain inks so that was expected.

Hello, there are 200 numbered dot pages, 1 pre-printed key page, 3 pre-printed index pages and 2 pre-printed pen test pages. I hope this helps.
