I have been taking Benefiber for a few years, as recommended by my colorectal surgeon. One pack of Benefiber a day added to my coffee has normalized my regimen. I am very pleased with results of this treatment. I have not had to use any laxatives or other medications since I started taking this fiber supplement.

Exactly as pictured and as expected. I much prefer these packets to the larger jar. While it’s less economical, they’re much easier to use without having to scoop and measure. Easy to take traveling too!

Love Benefiber ... the fact that they came 2 together was even better. Good price, will last me a good while since I only use 1/day. Easy to put in my coffee first thing in the morning. Does not change the taste of the coffee or anything else you put it in. Will order more from Amazon and not the drug store ... more expensive in the drugstore. I love them! Good price too!

Love the product but why did the manufacturer change the notch to open it? It used to be so easy. Now, it’s harder to open because it only tears a corner.

Works like it supposed too i tried the generic but it isnt as good
