Perfect
Very sturdy and very helpful for back aches or general stretching

My back loves this!
I used to use an inversion table, visits to a chiropractor, stretching, and even my wife pushing down along my spine while I laid on the bed to crack my back. Now with this I just set the large wheel on the floor behind my back, lean back, and feel the pops. My back was sore for weeks, driving me to take Ibuprofen daily, apply muscle rub, and use the hot tub before bed just to ease the discomfort so I could sleep. Less than two minutes of leaning back over this wheel and walking it up/down my spine has been incredible. No back pain for the last 3 days since it arrived, I can use it by myself, and I can use it multiple times a day as needed. Or use it just before bed so I can lay down without gravity compressing my spine again over the next 8 hours.

Good quality, good price
Good quality, feels great! I rolled back on the largest one and my back cracked in places that I've been unable to crack on my own. It felt so good! Definitely going to use these for stretching and improving core strength. The only thing I'm concerned about is that the foam may eventually come loose with over time but, at this price, the set is a great deal.The listing did say that it came with a yoga strap, but mine did not. Not sure if that was a mistake in the listing or in the fulfillment. Not the end of the world.It also arrived a day earlier than Amazon projected.

I am a bigger person and this helps me get all of my stretching done to start the day. I was skeptical of the weight limit but, at 270 lbs. It held up great!

I bought this for back pain. After the first use I felt an immediate reduction of pain. I am in love with these yoga wheels. I highly recommend them. Flawless construction. Built for a lifetime.

It does help and it hard to use at first, laying a thick towel over it helps alot.
