I took these to keep under my weight lifting bench and these mats are good quality ones. I would recommend them for your home gym.

Perfect for sitting equipment on
They are not bad given the price.The are not non-slip and will slide around on tiles floors. If you are active in them the tiles will also pull apart.Great for sitting equipment on though.

Very poor product it’s don’t stay in the floor if I do exercises on top of its move and the price not reasonable it’s same in day to day shops
