What length petticoat do you recommend to get with this.

The petticoat would depend on how you would like the dress to poof out

The petticoat is not included. you can purchase by this link http://www.amazon.com/Leg-Avenue-8990-Petticoat/dp/B005NWENGC/ref=cts_ap_1_fbt

Am I the only person that can not find the size chart??????? So frustrating

This costume runs small. Go up at least one size from your normal. Be prepared to do some reinforcement stitching, as it tends to "pop" in some areas. Good luck!

I am 5’1 109 lbs. what size should I get?

I am 5 ft. and weigh 91 lbs and wear a size small...although the length could be shorter. I would suggest a size medium, because mine fits pretty snug...hope this helps!
