Can these be used under water?

I wash them under water and they seem fine

Would this be a good platter for sliced watermelon? The one I have been using for years just broke :(

Oh yes!! It’s large! You could display a whole cut watermelon. I use it all the time for cooked steaks and fried chicken! Enjoy

Can this be used for high temperature baking ?

Yes. I have used them multiple times at about 475°. They hold up just great.

is that okay for use in the dishwasher?

Based on the information provided in the product details, this item is dishwasher safe, oven safe and microwave safe
