Take advantage of both sides of your hangboard! Easy 5.7-5.9 range crimps with top rail jugs on the back side. Moderate 5.9 to 5.11 holds with top rail slopers on the front side. Great for strong climbers recovering from an injury or new climbers just learning the ropes. We designed this hangboard for the 9-5 climber people who love to climb but still have day jobs. Its semi-smooth finish will keep sore fingers from limiting workouts. Large handle bars will help the 5.7 climber accomplish their first pullup while the shallower crimps will keep those 5.11 tendons strong
