I purchased this product and started using it and after a month of use I went for blood test. I never tried yeast flakes before, so this is kind of experiment for me. It tastes a bit strange but that might be cause I never ate yeast flakes and it might be for all of the products. The reason I got it was to help me get vitamins B from a natural source to improve my sleep which arguably this product provides (I've not done any blood tests to confirm this). Other than that I was surprised that it also claims to have large amount of potassium (2 g per 100 g), which is difficult to get even with tablets. So all in all seems to be an ok product, but will see after some time if I have more positive results.

Good for vegan dishes, a great replacement of cheese. It tastes amazing with a high nutritional value.

Very taste product that can be added on to almost anything. Its really healthy too and the price was quite competitive.
