Filled with inaccuracies, same information as in all his other books.
Horrible information, tons of spelling errors, absolutely incorrect nutrition values given for food!! This is not a "book" to lose weight but to gain mass, as it suggest eating 1-2grams of protein per current bodyweight. Then after the diets, it suggests to change fats, carbs protein depending how it's working for you......Thanks Sherlock. I bought a series of these books from same "author" and the information is 99% identical in each one...workouts, diet etc..all suggests the 16/8 intermittent fasting. I find it leaves you on your own to figure out what is good for yourself, exactly what you could figure out on your own, without this book. Cheap book, but save your money
