Aero Snail North American Country Style Crystal 5-Light Chandelier Lighting Metal Pendant Lamp (with Detailed Installation Manual)

This is a TRULY beautiful chandelier, especially considering the cost of one similar. But BUYER BEWARE - putting this together is not for the faint of heart. I'll bet it took me 5 hours (including disassembling the old chandelier) to unpack, assemble, and mount the chandelier, and basically without directions. I washed and dried carefully all of the crystals since they were just a tad fogged from the long boat from China and since I don't plan on taking them all off anytime soon (or ever) to wash the dust off. The packaging comes with an itty bitty glove to wear so you don't have your fingerprints all over the crystals... which I thought was funny but thoughtful. A couple folks noted how small the chandelier was... it really isn't that small. I have it in a fairly large dining room with no other light available, and I'm still going to add a dimmer since it gives off so much light. I added LED Candelabra Bulbs which I also found on Amazon, (Lightstory LED Candelabra Bulb CA10 6W, E12 Base LED Light Bulb, 2700K, Dimmable LED Bulb, UL Listed (6 pack)) which works great, and will be even better once I add the dimmer.This beauty was worth half a day of assembly!

Looks beautiful in our master bedroom, wish it was bigger. Make sure you check the dimensions and make sure it will be large enough for your space. We have vaulted ceilings so large would have been perfect. Still love the look. It was a bit of a pain to put together, but great for the price.

The lamp came completely disassembled. I don’t have a clue how it’s supposed to be wired but finally figured out how to put it together. The screws are a little rusty and the threads are rough. No wrench included and the directions included is just a diagram on one piece of paper. I will need someone who knows how to work with wires to figure out how to actually make this work. It’s very pretty though.UPDATE: After the frame was put together, the bead work was pretty easy to attach and the frame is sturdy and the crystals are beautiful. I love it. It’s worth it if you have some help with the initial part of assembling the light frame.

This chandelier is absolutely GORGEOUS but be warned there is a LOT of assembly! I've ordered many many chandeliers online in my day, but have never had to put one completely together from scratch. Also, there wasn't any real instructions included. There was only a diagram showing where the crystals go...and even that wasn't very clear. Thankfully, I used my common sense and was able to get it together, but it took a while. I was very excited when it actually worked! LOL

I lacked the expertise to assemble it and had to return it.I never received a credit to my account for the item returned.

Exactly the same chandelier as another from a popular store but much less expensive!! I assumed the difference in price was because they assembled the product for the consumer. NOT SO! the more expensive chandelier from that other site also requires full assembly. i was worried about putting it together based on the other reviews, but aero snail sent me a link to a short video on FB, which made assembly a breeze. Along with the paper instructions, it took about 90 minutes to screw on the arms and attach the crystals.I purchased 60w bulbs when i bought the product, and the gorgeous chandelier now hangs in my new office. I LOVE IT!!

Like others have mentioned, this is quite tedious to put together. Once it was finished I was excited to hang it in my bathroom; however, there is no way to keep the canopy flush with the ceiling! After all of that work I did not want my contractor to take it back down so we tried to improvise, but it is not working. Product support is NOT available for this product...so I don't know what to do now.

Very time consuming to install and even longer to put together. We’ve hung the light and my aunt loves the light but one of the candles don’t work. Did we not put one white wire to the correct spot or one black line to the wrong spot. But the truth is it came in pieces that took hours to put together. We still like the light we intend to take it back apart to try to figure out what went wrong.

Very beautiful chandelier. Very well made.Easy to assemble Instuctions easy to follow.Delivery was on time, packaged well.perfect lighting for a bedroom.would purchase again.

It took me forever to find exactly what I wanted and this is it. The pictures look like the black has a bit of a brassy finish but it doesn’t.

Who made this thing?! Unless if you have a child that can help you assemble it, I wouldn’t buy this product. You need baby hands to put the bolts on. I give up returning mine.
