I can't speak for the few others who have purchased this toy and have been disappointed, but as for me, for the price, it has been great!! My 1.5 year old who looks and acts like a 2 year old is completely enamored with his McQueen toy since the minute I surprised him with it. Plus the fact that it talks, has my son really happy. Great toy and has held up throughout all the beatings and rough play. He doesn't let it go and loves it!! My son is a BIG Cars fanatic. Highly recommend. Got it 2.5 weeks ago and It's been durable thus far.

Very sturdy, good size.
My 2yr old grandson loved it, was a big size but not so big he couldn't grab it. He can be rough with his toys but he hasn't broken it yet, seems very durable.
