The toolbox is nice, feels solid, and the double latches are nice. Inner tray is what you would expect, sheet steel bent and welded. It is very comparable to traditional craftsman toolboxes from decades past.The only dimensions available in the listing are for the box it ships in. Its actual outer dimensions (of the metal toolbox not including the latches or handle) are 17"Lx7"Wx7 1/2"H which makes it too small compared to the old trusty craftsman i am trying to replace.But for the price as a warehouse deal i decided to keep it anyway, as i am sure i can find a use for it somewhere in my tool shop.Recommended if you want a smaller toolbox that can still handle decent weight.

Good tool box

This case is very sturdy. Compared to plastic, steel toolbox can take a beating and resist heat. The downside is need to be careful how and where the toolbox is placed and removed if working around finished surfaces.

This is an all metal tool box, old school, clean and simple. There’s 25 lbs of wrenches and tools in the box and plenty of room for more. Very satisfied with this purchase

I bought this hoping it would be as good as the metal one I bought many years ago and better than the plastic one I also bought a long time ago. It does the job well enough, but is not as well made as the old metal one that I have. My biggest complaint is the latches which are quite flimsy. However, the tray and sides hold their shape, unlike the plastic one that I have.
